Welcome to my muscle maximizer blog, I will be making a few occasional posts keeping up with my muscle maximizer journey to tell you how I am getting on with this program and I might even post some before and after photos eventually to show you all that this system does in fact work :)

All in all after just 1 week of following it I am already noticing real results and looking forward to see what happens in just 3 weeks, then 6 weeks and finally the end of the 9 week period.
